Battle Theme "No faith? Now that is truly sad." Aven sighed and shook his head, before opening his eyes again. His eyes now glowing with a bright blue light, a stark contrast to his normally brown eyes. "If you so wish."Aven's after image was all that remained, he was now above Tsukiko bringing his sword down.

He was fast. He was strong. But inexperienced - and in what he lacked, she showed. Tsukiko was quick to calculate her next move, stony grey eyes narrow as she blocked his sword with her hilt, his blade digging into it. And then the moment he was on the ground she ducked down and did a sweeping kick, trying to knock his balance and keeping her blade in an offensive hold as she darted away, before steadying herself again.

Battle Theme Aven wasn't quite as inexperienced as she thought, though he knew from experience not to let onto that fact from the start. The moment he saw her foot he let go of his sword and it vanished, at the same moment he created a new sword with his left hand. Aven used his right hand to flip back to his feet, with a flash of steel he launched a horizontal slash. At the same time creating a short sword in his right hand.

She jumped into the air, tucking her feet neatly beneath her so as the sword barely makes a thin red line across her ankles. At this, she seems to be satisfied with the blood that she does not linger infront of him, rather lands on the ground and flattening herself. She scrambles underneath him, and slashes at his back from a distance. Her sword is longer than other swords and it should catch his back. "The only time to turn your back on someone during battle is when it's a corpse.." She says it quickly, flatly.

Battle Theme Aven felt a long thin scratch open on his back before he vanished, she was faster than most of the people he fought. The cut down his shirt healed itself, he loved his enchantment abilities sometimes. The wound on his back would heal quick enough as well. "Hmm, what can I say? I was never a fan of showing my back to corpses." Aven joked creating several after images while he moved around, he had no doubt she could follow his movements rather easily. He just needed a few seconds, Aven stopped moving and threw his long sword at Tsukiko, creating another short sword in the process. He had stopped in front of a corner, no way to flank him. Only three directions to come from, the front, up, or down. "Your attack."

Shrapnel caught his longsword mid-air and disposed of it, embedding it in the roof with a very hard throw. The several after images made her glance around momentarily, yet in another moment she found him and slowly assessed the ways she could come at him. She crouched down, taking a deep breath. Then she was an after image. She reappeared right in front of him, her palm pressed against one side of the blade and she lined it up without any problem, the tip pressed gently against his gut. She stared him directly in the eyes. She held a silent warning there in the stone...

Battle Theme Aven didn't flinch at the sword tip pressed against his stomach, his eyes showed no emotion. Fear, anger, sorrow nothing. Aven pressed one of his short swords to Tsukiko's neck, and stepped forward, the sword tip piercing his skin. He would hurt yeah, but he had also never met someone who could survive without a head. His eyes said it all, he was willing to see this through to the end.

"...Ugh..." A small frown flirted across her lips, her eyes closing and flashing the crimson they had been when Aven had first seen her training. She seemed to be dazed and stumbled briefly, her sword slipping from porcelain - loose - hands. She fell onto the ground hard, leaning over to rub her temples. "I'm... I'm sorry... I'm not going to fight anymore... Did I hurt you? Did I hurt anyone?" Her hair regained it's silver gleam and she looked considerably more gentle than before. A whole different person; it was utterly obvious.

Aven let his swords disappear, "No, you didn't hurt anyone." Aven smiled, his whole demeanor changed. The wound in his stomach healed, his back had healed long before. "Do you still have the wound on your ankle? Would you like me to heal it?" Aven asked slightly concerned.

"That wasn't me..." She swiftly denied that it was her. "I mean it was my body but not me..." Tsukiko paused, checking the ankle wound - a rather deep straight gash and inwardly, she cursed but then her hand hovered above the ankle and her fingertips glowed softly. "I don't need you to heal it..." She said it softly. "But thank you for the offer...." She paused to remember his name. "Aven." She smiled weakly. "It's good to know that I didn't hurt anyone.... But didn't I - she - spar with you? I was in control before and then she got angry... Are you sure she didn't hurt you? In any way?"

Aven chuckled, "I heal quickly, don't worry. The two wounds I received are healed. Besides, one of them was self inflicted." He chuckled again, he rarely put himself in a position to get hurt like that. When he did he always came out in a better mood. Aven gathered his weights up, only strapping his leg weights on at the moment. "So, two minds one body?"

"Two entities sharing one body... Two complete opposites." She slowly slid herself up, rubbing the back of her head. "We're like rivaled sisters, and most of the time she's cool... But she's stronger than me when she gets angry." Tsukiko twisted a lock of hair between her fingers as she brushed herself down.

Aven thought he sensed something different about her mind now that she mentioned it. He never would have noticed it otherwise, this was where he needed Lucario. He wasn't a particularly strong telepath, barely strong enough to communicate and pass on memories. "I see, it must be difficult at times. I can't say I understand it, but I can offer help any time you need it." Aven said strapping his armbands back on, they were weighted to slow him down more. "My help isn't much I know, but if you ever need a favor, don't hesitate." He smiled, it was an honest statement.
