Wild Clans Affiliate Application

Hoping it could be approved as an affiliate in time. The only things missing on the site so far is a bit retouchng to the tutorial and some graphics, but I've hopes that some added activity will remedy that situation. ^^

I was hoping to open it alongside the situation regarding PA, but I think it's fine to leave now in case anyone is interested and would want to form profiles in advance. But I wouldn't mind getting just some requests for character art either. ^^
